We’re delighted to share with you this sneak peek behind the scenes look at the Suzelle DIY shoot at Mabula Game Lodge. While we can’t give away too many details of the plot (watch this space – the finished episode will be uploaded to Suzelle DIY’s YouTube channel very soon), we can tell you that Suzelle DIY and her best friend Marianne have been enjoying some hilarious #mabulamoments.
This episode will be a must-watch for all Suzelle DIY fans, and anyone who knows and loves Mabula – or who is looking for the ideal family bush getaway experience.
The Mabula team have been enjoying starring as extras and working with ‘Team Suzelle’ as they scouted and filmed at different locations around the Mabula Private Game Reserve, capturing all the footage they need for the new episode.
Suzelle’s unique take on the safari experience, and all her adventures with Marianne as they try out the different activities and meet some of the Reserve’s four-legged inhabitants will have you in stitches – get ready for some handy DIY tips, awesome #Suzelfie moments, and if you listen carefully you might just hear some ranger laughter in the background.
We’ve been having an awesome time with Suzelle, Marianne and the gang – the only challenging part was trying to keep a straight face as they delivered their brilliant performances. They always say that you should never work with children or animals, and while there are no children in the latest Suzelle DIY episode there certainly are plenty of animals, plus some surprising new twists for anyone who has been following Suzelle’s story from the beginning.
We’ll let you know as soon as the new episode is posted online, but for the time being we thought you might enjoy these behind the scenes pictures. Believe us when we say that this film shoot is definitely giving us some of our most enjoyable #mabulamoments ever, and it’s not just the hyaenas who’ve been laughing!
We can’t wait for you all to see what happens when South Africa’s very own DIY superstar heads out on her first Mabula game drive, with regular stops to deliver her top safari tips. Not to mention the continued adventures of Marianne. No surprises for guessing what Suzelle says each time she spots an animal – “there’s it” – because, after all, anybody can enjoy Mabula Game Lodge.
