Fully Inclusive Conference Package

Our Fully Inclusive Conference Package is designed to provide a seamless experience from the moment your team arrives. Valid from 14h00 on the day of arrival until 12h00 on the day of departure, the package includes:

  • Non-alcoholic welcome juice on arrival
  • Use of one conference venue
  • Accommodation, breakfast, and dinner
  • Lunch on either arrival or departure day
  • Two tea/coffee breaks per day
  • One classic 4×4 safari per day, either morning or afternoon
